Government over viloation of chaild rights in kupwara .Today ICPS kupwara and Asst labour comissioner kupwara coducted raids at various places where 11 minor children working in hardasious works were rescued by the joint team of CWC ,DCPU ,JJB, juvenile police unit and labour departnment.This has been observed that after implementatiom of juvenile justsice act 2013 focus has been given to the rights of children across the state. While speaking to the corrospondent chairperson Child welfare committee kupwara Mr Azad Hussain disclosed that the todays iddentification cum awareness drive was part of on going activities to ensure the delivery of justsice to children in need of care and protection.mean while on spot orders has been issued against the employers violating labour law and juvenile justsice act 2013 by the team.
