Annual Day Function at AGS, Krusan (Lolab), Parents hails the efforts of School Management

1. Army Goodwill School, Krusan (Lolab) celebrated its 12th Annual Day function on 01 Dec 2018 with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. The school children performed a variety of educational, cultural and entertainment programmes. Twelve years old school has emerged as a pioneer educational centre with due efforts and hard work put in by Army, school staff and students.

2. The school function started with unveiling of year book “LOLAB” land of love and beauty, welcome song, followed by Dance on Patriotic song, Quawali, Skit, cultural show by students of all sections and age groups. The participation was mesmerising and breath-taking. The confidence displayed by students was overwhelming.

3. Cdr, 8 Sect RR, Patron of the school graced the occasion and gave away the prizes followed by tea. At the end of the programme, Chief guest gave a motivational speech, emphasising on quality education and participation of students in sports and cultural events.

4. Event was attended by principals of local schools,civ dignitaries, media persons, teachers and students of the school and their parents. Attendance of parents, specially mothers of students came out in large numbers to support their children to be more confident and expressive in their life. Initiative displayed by the mothers showed a perceptible change in mindset of the society, which has only been possible with continued efforts of school staff and the Army. This initiative will go a long way in making the children better citizens of tomorrow in particular and the society more open and secular in general.
